Leadership & Executive Coach for Women at Career Inflection Points

Hi, my name is Kate and it’s great to have you here. I support and empower women at transition points in their careers to make decisions and take positive action that will propel them forwards in the direction of their choosing.

Perhaps you’re newly promoted, considering the next career move, or navigating a return to the workplace after an absence. My aim is to support you to find joy, meaning and alignment in your life and work, and to cheerlead you in the achievement of your goals and aspirations. I do this through action-oriented coaching, meaningful challenge and by creating a safe container for exploration and growth.

About Kate

A career in senior leadership at CHANEL, spanning 15 years of experience in various management positions including Head of Retail and Head of National Accounts, has given me a deep understanding of the challenges faced by leaders today.

Over the last decade I’ve also been an active investor and advisor in a high-growth tech start up with my husband, and have first-hand experience of the behind the scenes trials and tribulations that CEOs and entrepreneurs face on a daily basis.

This gives me a unique perspective, having played in both camps - global corporate business and founder-led small company.

I love to watch people step into the best versions of themselves, and go from inertia and uncertainty to living life with a deep sense of purpose and direction, connected to their values and taking action that will serve them for years to come.

A passion for teaching yoga influences my coaching style, in particular my desire to support and encourage a deeper understanding of and connection with the self in order to enable and facilitate future goals - you have to know where you are on the map if you want to establish in what direction you're going!

We are all naturally creative, resourceful and whole…

I’m a loving wife, and mother of two wonderful young children. I’ve been through major changes in my life and career over the last 5 years, going from a high-functioning leader within one of the world’s foremost brands and launching my own yoga and wellness business, to bringing my two babies into the world. I realised that the shifts in perspective and identity I experienced are not unique to me, and having navigated these choppy waters I now live as much as possible in alignment with my own values through supporting others.

When I’m not working you can find me here…
